The Trustee’s of the King’s Educational Foundation are pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for educational grants being awarded in 2017. Funds are available to help anyone who is

A student at any secondary school, college of education,university or other institution of further education including professional and technical education establishments.

An apprentice or young person who has recently left school, university or any other educational establishment and needs financial assistance for the purchase of books, clothing, tools or instruments to prepare for, or to enter, a profession, trade or calling.

If you are taking part in an activity to acquire knowledge or skill that can be regarded as educational then you may qualify for a cash grant. In the past, grants have been given to gap year students who were taking part in pursuits that would benefit and were allied to their further education or career

You must be under 25 years of age and can apply even if you may have successfully received a grant in previous years. You must have lived in the Parish of Duxford for not less than twelve months even though you may now be living away from home at university.
